During your initial consult, your coach will determine where you belong in the MacroShred Program. So depending on where you are in your health journey know that whichever program we see fit, you will see results. Below is a quick outline of the different phases our program has to offer and what to expect in our program.

Metablic Repair
The purpose of this phase of the program is to show you an alternative ‘diet’ to getting you in shape and healthy, and to provide you with the tools to successfully apply it.
Traditional dieting protocols follow the very basic template of: reduce calories > lose weight > balance the metabolism.
In this program, we will look at reversing this process, to create a new dieting formula: balance the metabolism > reduce calories > lose weight.

Starting Fat Loss Phase
This phase of the program contains the key information and resources that you will need for sustainable and realistic weekly fat loss. Apply this and stay consistent with it and you will achieve great results.
Phase 1

Final Fat Loss Phase
Within this complete phase of the program you will find the key information and resources that you will need for sustainable and realistic weekly fat loss. Apply this and stay consistent to it and you will achieve great results.
It’s important to note that this program is not for beginners. It is for those who have already achieved a healthy level of body fat and are experienced weight trainers. You know how to push your body, its limits and what it really needs.
Phase 2

Lean Muscle Phase
It is ideal for males and females who would like a dedicated strength and muscle building program that delivers real results.
Within this complete program, you will find the key information and resources that you will need for sustainable and effective muscle building. Apply this and stay consistent to it and you will achieve great results. It is recommended that clients follow this program for 12-16 weeks at a time.
